The program kicks off with its first residential workshop, scheduled to take place from September 30 to October 6, 2024, in Brno, Czech Republic, in collaboration with the International Short Film Festival BRNO16. This workshop will focus primarily on the creative aspects of project development, including in-depth script analysis and the development of promotional materials and production strategies.

The lecture will explore the essential steps in navigating co-production platforms, selecting the right partners, and positioning a project for success in the market. With a focus on practical strategies and real-world examples, Nedeczky will offer participants the tools needed to thrive in the international film industry.

From Script to Screen: The Art of Safe Intimacy in Film and TV
On Friday, October 4, 2024, at 17:30 CET, intimacy coordinator Virginija Vareikytė from Baltic Intimacy Professionals will deliver an open lecture on the emerging field of intimacy coordination. This session will cover the role of intimacy coordinators in ensuring a safe and respectful environment for performers while maintaining the director’s creative vision.
