Katerina Traburova
Kateřina Traburová is a Czech producer, an alumni of EURODOC; Midpoint Lab; Ex Oriente Film, dok.incubator workshops. She has studied Liberal Arts Dpt. at Schoolcraft College, Detroit, USA and in 2024 obtained the MA degree at the Production Dpt. at FAMU (Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague). In 2017 she has attended the Bergen Art Academy in Bergen, Norway and conducted a research in NRK for her academic thesis. She is the Junior Producer of the acclaimed and awarded documentary film Brotherhood of director Francesco Montagner. She is the co-scriptwriter of the feature film A Sensitive Man. Under her own company LaDamplinque s.r.o. she has premiered a short docu-drama Francek (dir. Natálie Císařovská) about the youth of a Czech and world-known painter František Kupka in 2020 and is currently finishing a feature documentary film Amoosed! (dir. Hana Nováková). She is also representing the position of the Creative Producer at Bontonfilm Studios since 2022.
