Sergei Serpuhov is a producer from Latvia with almost 25 years industry experience. Having worked in the UK’s film industry, Sergei returned to Latvia in the early 2000s, becoming one of the first producers to attract foreign productions to the country. In 2008, he founded Baltic Pine Films, focusing on production services, co-productions, and later on producing its own IP. Among the flagship projects are a family film Tiger Martindale’s Survival Experts, a two-country co-production with support from Eurimages, currently in pre-production and the TV series The Man Behind a Mask in development. Sergei has experience in attracting Latvian cash rebates, National development and production funds, Creative Europe MEDIA, Eurimages. Sergei is a member of Latvian Producer’s and Service Producers Associations and the European Film Academy.
