Viktor’s illustrious career spanning 1950 to 1990 had a hidden track—years as a KGB operative. Initially excited by the thrill and power espionage brought, he later became disillusioned, broken, void of emotionally meaningful connections, and completely alone.

Driven by his god complex and insatiable need for recognition, Viktor rises as a brilliant surgeon and medical inventor but descends as a human being.
