Alzbeta Gertli
Alžbeta Gertli (2000) was born and raised in Bratislava. During high school she studied in Austria and Taiwan. At the moment she’s pursuing her Master degree in Scriptwriting and Dramaturgy at FAMU and starting Polish Studies at Charles University in Prague.
Alžbeta has worked in the production of two features, including The Hungarian Dressmaker (dir. Iveta Grófová) which premiered at Karlovy Vary IFF. She worked as the Head of Continuity and script consultant on The Sluggard Clan (dir. Rastislav Boroš, IFF Goa 2024). Additionally, she worked as the Assistant Director on Iveta Grófová’s latest documentary about the first Czech female painter.
She wrote Anna Wowra's graduation film First, Do No Harm. Besides project In Good Faith she simultaneously works on Andrej Kolenčík's feature The Singing House as scriptwriter (prod. Admiralfilms) as well as on the Czech TV series Spectrum by Claw films.
