Vojtech Bohuslav
Vojtěch Bohuslav (*1994) studied screenwriting at FAMU, Prague. He graduated with a screenplay for a feature historical drama about Emmy Destinn, a famous Czech soprano. His thesis focused on works of Apichatpong Weerasethakul. He took part in an internship in Helsinki and international workshops as well. As a writer, he collaborated on several short movies, namely "When the Sun Goes Down" directed by Natalie Cisarovska and "The Little One", animated film by Diana Cam Van Nguyen, both successful at international festivals. His latest film, co-produced by the Czech TV, is called "Francek" and it explores the youth of painter Frantisek Kupka. He pursues literature as well, publishing short stories in magazines and working on his debut novel.
