Tereza Nvotová (1988) graduated in film direction from film academy FAMU in Prague. Her feature debut “Filthy” has been screened in major festivals around the world including Rotterdam, Karlovy Vary, Cairo and Santa Barbara. It is one of the most successful Czech and Slovak films of the 2017. Tereza collaborates with various broadcasting companies, most notably HBO Europe who has co-produced three of her films. Her latest documentary “The Lust for Power” has been shortlisted for European Film Awards 2018. She is currently working on her second feature “The Nightsiren”.
