Gerard Marginedas (1992), film producer. Graduated in Audiovisual Communication and Master’s Degree in Contemporary Film and Audiovisual Studies at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. He collaborated as script analyst in Televisió de Catalunya. Since April 2016, Gerard joins Distinto Films as Executive producer and Head of Development. Executive producer of the feature film Vasil, premiered in Warsaw IFF and selected at SEMINCI (Valladolid) Official Competition; the Goya Award winning short film Watermelon Juice premiered at Berlinale Official Selection, selected at TIFF and nominated at the European Film Awards; and the television film Frederica Montseny, the woman who speaks best TV film award at Seoul International Drama Awards.
