In the morning, workers arrive at their jobs where they first change into work uniforms, and afterwards, instead of going to their workstations, they go on break. Through conversation, they discover that they come to work even though there is no work or pay. Each of them copes with their problems in their own way. They are all preoccupied with their thoughts, ignoring the reality around them, which leads to an eruption of tension and an escalation of the situation.
