Following her BSc in Political Science, Miruna Minculescu began her start-up photography agency, working as a fashion and commercial photographer. She always considered directing as a career, but it wasn’t until 2016 that she enrolled at National University of Theatre and Film “I.L. Caragiale”, studying Film Directing. As a student she directed several shorts and short docs, out of which “Mechanisms and other systems” won Best Experimental Film at Cinemaiubit 2018. She currently follows a MA in Film Directing and is in post-production with „Still”, a 29’ one-shot fiction while developing two shorts.
