I used to take a camera and make very serious political documentaries. I have always wanted to save the world. From there, it was a straight way to absurd comedy. So now I am making the Slavic-Science series.
I orthodoxly believe that reality needs poetry. I try to live accordingly.
I studied film and fine arts in Bratislava, Valencia and New York. My feature doc Never Happened premiered at IFF Warsaw in 2019. Then I made a doc trilogy and transmedia project called Ask at home 68/89/93. My last short film about death called Strigov, premiered in Krakow IFF and DocAviv in 2022. I am Berlinale Talents, IDFA Academy, Zurich Film Academy, Nipkow alumna, I got some artists residencies and my films won few awards.
