After living in New York City and Genoa, Adel graduated cum laude in the specialistic degree "Cinema, Music and Multimedia Production" at the University of Pisa, Faculty of Letters and Philosophy.
In 2012, he moved to London where he graduated as Fiction Director at the NFTS. He has been collaborating with international institutions like the 2015 World Expo in Milan, Creart, Villa Croce Museum of Contemporary Arts, Bogliasco Foundation, The Italian CNR - National Council of Research, Eutopia-Ensemble, Bjcem - Biennale des jeunes créateurs de l’Europe et de la Méditerranée and he has been part of the crew for the "Floating Piers" art installation by Christo & Jeanne Claude in 2016. His short films won several awards worldwide. At the moment, he is working on his first feature film “Carla’s Enzo” with the German film production company "Color of May". He currently lives in Genoa.
