We've got an exciting three-day program lined up in Prague, happening from April 24-26, 2025. The event is about reconnecting with your fellow alumni and tutors, offering a unique chance to showcase your projects, express your ideas, and expand your network in a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere.

Our program includes showcases, curated networking sessions, workshops (focused on Generative AI or Alternative Financing), and – most importantly – a safe and welcoming space where you can work effectively and have fun at the same time!
We’ve set a preliminary limit of 100 attendees to keep the event intimate and friendly, so be sure to apply early!

Ways to participate
You can choose how you want to get involved by applying to one of these categories:

✺ Talents' Rendezvous (showcase of script consultants, development executives, and writers)
✺ Works in Development – Features (showcase of alumni projects or new projects in late development)
✺ Works in Development – Series (showcase of alumni projects or new projects in late development)
✺ Works in Progress Forum (for alumni features or short films in post-production)
✺ Story Space (exploring fresh feature or series ideas in their early stages)

Or, if you prefer not to present but still want to actively network and observe:

✺ Networking participation (for alumni looking to network and engage without presenting)

DEADLINES 
✺ If you're applying to present a project or yourselves (Talents' Rendezvous, Works in Development, Works in Progress Forum, Story Space), the deadline is February 2, 2025.
✺ For Networking participation only, the deadline is March 30, 2025.

FEE
✺ The participation fee is 40 EUR for everyone, payable after MIDPOINT confirmation of your spot.

Accommodation & Board:
✺ If you're selected for the Works in Development or Works in Progress Forum, we'll provide accommodation for the stay in Prague for three nights.   
✺ All attendees will have meals provided.
