After university graduation she attended Berlinale and Sarajevo Talents, co-founded Monoo production house, was selected to TorinoFilmLab - S&P program, and awarded with a grant by a Slovenian Filmmakers Association. Since 2016 she is a board member of The Directors Guild of Slovenia.
Her first feature film was developed in co-operation with EAVE and it premiered at Karlovy Vary IFF(2014). It was invited to more that 50 festivals; in its festival run it was awarded with Fipresci Prize, Youth Jury Best Film among other awards. Her second feature "History of Love" is a co-production between Slovenia, Italy and Norway, supported by Eurimages, it received several development awards, and is to be completed in 2018.
In 2016 she was selected by Cineuropa among 8 up-and-coming European female directors.
