After graduating the first MA in Advertising as Consulting Expert, with BA in Social Sciences and PR, Ruxandra Cernat has been working for almost 10 years in advertising as Creative Professional and later on as Marketing and BTL Senior Specialist for large and multinational companies such as Home Box Office (HBO). For the last 4 years, she collaborated as independent journalist and freelance consultant for several international film festivals such as Bucharest IFF, Independent Producers IFF, Moscow IFF. With a second MA in Film Production, Ruxandra joined as Production Coordinator MDV FILM Studio for the first 3D Romanian animation project which received National Cinematography Center funding and graduated in 2010 EEFA Training Network with a feature fiction project (SERUM) and MIDPOINT with two projects, feature and short. Currently, she is working as Project Manager for EEFA Training Network 2011.
