Pavel Strnad is film producer and co-founder of Prague-based production company Negativ, which focuses on producing arthouse films. His greatest successes to date include “Year of the Devil”, a winner of the Karlovy Vary IFF in 2002, “Something Like Happiness”, the Best Film of the San Sebastian IFF in 2005 and two winners of the European Academy Award - “René” for the Best Documentary in 2008 and “Alois Nebel” for the Best Animation Feature in 2012.
