Mina Dreki
Mina Dreki produces shorts, docs and features by emerging talents and unique storytellers and wants to focus on projects that can empower new voices, promote sustainable storytelling and spark international interest. She has a BA in Mass Media and MA in Linguistics from the University of Westminster and a second BA in European Studies. While in London, she co-operated with British post-production houses using her linguistic background and when in Greece, she worked in international productions like Mamma Mia! providing production services. Her shorts have participated at many international festivals (Cannes, Clermont-Ferrand, BFI, Animaze, Molodist, Cairo, POFF), won Greek Academy Awards and been released by global publishers, such as The New Yorker. She is a member of the Greek Film Academy, a mentee at EWA and ACE Producers programmes, has trained in sustainable filming by TFL’s Green Film Lab, and participated at Producers Lab at Sarajevo’s Cinelink and IDFA’s Academy.
