Kyriaki Kontaratou
Kyriaki Kontaratou holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has participated in courses on production management at the National Film and Television School (UK). She has worked in production in various film, video and advertisement projects and has produced “Scorched Earth” by Markela Kontaratou which premiered in the Pardi Di Domani competition of the 76th Locarno Film Festival. She was executive producer for “Womanifesto” by Efi Spyrou. In 2024 she produced the short film “No Future Kids” by Eleni Poulopoulou, starring Flomaria Papadaki, which was awarded the Grand Prix and the Heat me up Award of the International Student Competition at the 47th Drama ISFF. She aspires to connect with directors with similar concerns on sociopolitical issues to create films that question and explore the ways of our society.
