Atila Urbančič was born in Ljubljana, Slovenija. His first film, Trahere, was shown in the official selection at Tampere Film Festival and Odense International Film Festival. Currently he is the middle of development of several projects, including a short documentary supported by the Europa MEDIA peogram. He is finishing his studies in screenwriting at the Academy of Theater, Radio, Film and Television at the University of Ljubljana.
