Film director Alexandru Badea is a UNATC graduate with a Film Studies MA from Stockholm University and an American and English Literature MA from Kent University. In 2016, his short film “All Rivers Run to the Sea” competed in some of the most prestigious film festivals, such as Festival de Cannes (The Cinéfondation Selection), Toronto IFF, Chicago IFF, Molodist IFF, Cottbus IFF and Cairo IFF. His graduation film, "16 Blows" (2018), has just had its world premiere at Sarajevo IFF. He is currently working on his first feature script, “Floater”.
