It is not just about a roof over their heads, but mainly about a unique investment opportunity that has the potential to fundamentally reverse the difficult course of their lives and help them achieve their dreams.

They don't have savings, their parents won't lend them any money and they won't earn that kind of money by working. Nevertheless, at any cost, they want to get out of the ranks of of twenty-five-yearolds who will live in rented accommodation for the rest of their lives and talk about "what if". And so he has to go beyond not only his comfort zone, but also the limits of the law.
