Navid Zargham’s sessions invite the participants to explore the realms of life that are beyond the grasp of our intellect. With simple and straightforward methods, Navid both reveals the connection, and bridges the gap between transcendent experiences and our everyday life.
Navid is based in Stockholm, but spends a big part of his time in the countryside where he also runs a retreat center. He regularly travels to India where he teaches his methods in yoga-teacher trainings.
