Claire Zhou is a young and talented creative producer at NL Film & TV, which is known for the very successful series and films Penoza, The Resistance Banker, Floor Rules and Commando’s. She is currently working on multiple projects at NL Film as creative producer, including a series for Amazon, the directorial debut of famous Dutch comedian Najib Amhali and a comedy series about gamers which is the first Dutch production incorporating AI tools.
She is also a Golden Calf Nominated writer and director and has been in competition at film festivals around the world including Oscar® and BAFTA qualifying festivals.
Snakehead is a project that originated from her creative mind, and therefore falls under the Banijay rights. As a Chinese-Dutch citizen, she has the perfect background and authenticity to elevate the pitch to new and makes up an excellent combination with the rising talent of writer Leon Golterman.
