In September, the program will take off with a preparatory three-day online workshop,during which the participants will obtain the first feedback on the projects, meet their colleagues and tutors and get the first assignment.
The second 5-day workshop will be organized also on an online platform in October and the final workshop will bring participants in January 2021 to Trieste to present their projects within When East Meets West Co-production Forum and further network with film industry experts.
We are happy to welcome on board again the experienced Czech script consultant and acclaimed director Pavel Marek, who will act as a Head of Studies of the program and group leader of the four selected projects.
Lithuanian producer and short film expert Marija Razgute is also joining us again as a producer tutor, guiding the producers and overall production development of the projects.
