The workshop focuses on helping the teams define their series concept and theme while outlining their pilot scripts. Through a mix of group work, individual consultations, lectures, and series analysis, participants will gain essential tools for developing their series ideas into compelling, market-ready projects.
Each creative team is guided by one of three experienced group leaders:
- Gábor Krigler (Joyrider TV, Hungary)
- Steve Matthews (Banijay Entertainment, UK)
- Tatjana Samopjan (Sweden)
As part of the Development Executive Training, three selected development executive participants are assigned to observe the creative teams, gaining firsthand experience with group dynamics, feedback processes, and the collaboration between writers and producers. Their learning experience is further enhanced through meetings with the development executive tutor Sasha Vyshnevska and discussions with project teams.
